My name is Mike Stern and I founded Talent Mechanic in an attempt to provide coaching to airtalent who aren’t receiving the feedback they need to improve their show and grow their personality. 

 

With more than 10 years experience as a Program Director in markets of all sizes I have worked with million dollar morning shows, helped the station receptionist start an on-air career and everything in between.
